Cardinal IG Fargo

Cardinal Insulating Glass (IG) is an insulated glass manufacturing plant in Fargo, ND, with more than 350 teammates. In operation since 1998, Cardinal IG is part of Cardinal Glass Industries, North America's leading manufacturer of glass products for the residential window and door industry. In operation since 1998, our Fargo factory produces as many as 10,000 units per day of insulated glass, double- or triple-pane glass separated by spacers and filled with argon. These panes can be heat-treated, tempered (strengthened), or coated. Recognized by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for our safety and health programs, Cardinal IG prioritizes creating a safe and supportive work environment for all our teammates. We are proud of our diverse workforce, with workers from 35 countries and about 70 percent of our teammates born outside of the U.S. Additionally, we are committed to sustainability efforts, including recycling as many materials as possible.
